Landscaping
The Polyolefin based Geomembranes are inert materials, with very low permeability and high mechanical properties. This makes them a cheap and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional landscaping solutions.
Compared to concrete ponds, the Geomembrane will resist any settlements in the subgrade, avoiding possible leakage. Also, as compared to natural clay (not available everywhere), the Geomembrane is a cost-effective and long-lasting material, due to its high UV resistance and its expected long service life.
The Geomembrane can also be used as a root barrier, installed under the ground to block roots and prevent them from reaching the foundation, drains, pipes or walking path. This will maintain soil moisture and redirect the roots downwards.
